1. Services (Readings, Coaching, and Intensives)
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered completed and are non-reschedulable.
2. Digital Products (e.g. guides, booklets, recordings)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Once delivered, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Group Programs / Workshops
Payments are non-refundable once the program has started.
If you are unable to join, you may request to transfer your spot to a future round (subject to availability and approval).
4. Exceptions
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a service or product on our end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
